the location were awesome because it was very central. i really appreciate the calming atmosphere. the room i had provided a comfortable and relaxing space. it was perfect after long days exploring the city.
the lack of daily room cleaning was a minor issue. it wasnt a big deal as my stay were short, but its something to note.

the location is great. it is a few steps from a major underground station. the price seemed right for this central location. the room was clean and the bed comfy.
The hotel had extra charges with luggage. i was unwilling to pay the surprise charges for storing luggage before check-in. my flight wasn't until later. Therefore, i was not going to haul suitcases all day. it seemed like a total money racket. the check out time at 10am felt too early.

the location was a definite plus. it was close to many attractions and public transportation options. the room was also very clean and tidy upon arrival.
the absence of windows. air conditioning barely worked. there were no tea or coffee making facilities available in the room.

The location is very nice. It is right in the heart of everything. the cocoon rooms are beautifully designed and soundproof, so you cannot hear anything outside, a bonus! the staff is very friendly, and the hotel operates with great efficiency for both check-in and check-out. i would definitely stay here again!
There were no windows in the room, which wasn't stated clearly in the description, though it was manageable. the room felt very minimalist. It only included a mattress on a platform and four hooks on the wall.

I found the location super convenient, it was really central. the staff were kind and helpful, which i appreciated. the room was clean and tidy. It. i would definitely recommend staying here!
